Join our Supply Chain Software Engineering team and help build high-quality, enterprise-class retail technology. This is a key technical role working on the IBM Order Management System (OMS) , supporting mission-critical logistics and fulfillment operations.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer (OMS Developer) , you will design, develop, and support the IBM OMS platform, collaborating across IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle engineering: design, development, deployment, debugging & documentation.
• Work on IBM Sterling OMS (v10.0) to support business and system requirements.
• Estimate effort, cost, time, and dependencies for new features/projects.
• Ensure development aligns with stakeholder KPIs and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams across the logistics landscape.
• Support OMS implementation and ensure business continuity.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years in IBM OMS development .
• 2+ years in Java

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS .
• Hands-on with DB2/Oracle , XML/JSON, Git.
• Linux/Unix (Intermediate/Advanced).
• Experience in GCP (GKE, Artifact Registry, Compute Engine).
