Job Description
Role : IBM Sterling Filegateway Admin
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Location : Chennai ,Pune
- Must-Have : Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre
- Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
- Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
- Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
- Open for 24/7 support and on-call
Good Have : Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer bas
Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
Manage File transfers in technologies like File gateway, global mailbox.
Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
