IBM Maximo Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Maximo modules.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions, workflows, and configurations within Maximo.
• Facilitate and support SIT/UAT testing, validating endtoend functionality.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and release teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Create detailed process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and analyze system behavior.
• Support process optimization and ensure Maximo aligns with business operations.

Skills & Core Competencies :

• Strong functional knowledge of IBM Maximo modules (Asset, Work Management, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional design.
• Understanding of Maximo configurations, workflows, and basic automation scripts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.

Experience & Qualifications :

• 48 years of experience as a Maximo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Experience in assetintensive industries (energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, etc.).
• Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Maximo Functional Consultant certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts is an advantage.
