IBM FileNet / IBM BAW / New DMS Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimise enterprise document management systems, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, upgradation, and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / BCA / MSc IT / M.Tech

Minimum 3+ years of total IT experience

Proven experience in:

IBM FileNet Administration

IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

New DMS Administration

Strong expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and upgrades

Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Experience working in enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain IBM FileNet & IBM BAW environments

Manage system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches

Ensure system security, performance optimisation, and high availability

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders for workflow automation

Maintain documentation and best practices for DMS operations

Work location - On-site, Jaipur, Rajasthan
