Roles / Responsibilities

For BAU - CM SME :

The candidate will be part of the Document Management Team; a team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and implementing the various Image and Document Management systems used by the Bank.

The primary focus will be ensuring the smooth and stable operation of these systems and implementing upgrades and fixes preventing obsolescence.

They will get involved in new projects too, onboarding new business areas, consulting with Developers and Business Users and working with them to design, deploy and deliver new configuration to support the banks initiatives.
