Job Description
Job Description: IBM TWS Specialist
Experience: 58 years
Locations: Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade IBM TWS components (MDM, FTA, DWC).
- Manage secure communication and authentication across TWS environments.
- Design and maintain job streams, calendars, dependencies, and batch workflows.
- Ensure on-time job execution and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python for scheduling and recovery.
- Optimize workload performance and resource utilization.
- Integrate TWS with enterprise systems and support cloud workload migrations (Azure preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in IBM TWS / IBM Workload Automation.
- Hands-on Unix/Linux CLI; experience managing Linux/Unix/Windows servers.
- Good understanding of RDBMS, SQL Server, Oracle.
- Basic knowledge of Git.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (added advantage).
