Role: IBM BPM Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Locations: Bangalore

Interview Mode: Virtual Drive (Weekdays/Weekends)

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Preferred

Type: FTE| Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business process solutions using IBM BPM 8.6.
Build and enhance complex process applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Develop and integrate REST APIs with IBM BPM applications.
Work on CSHS, integration services, and BPD design to deliver business-critical workflows.
Manage process application deployments and ensure smooth integration with Oracle RDBMS and other enterprise systems.
Implement advanced concepts like events, gateways, exception handling at both process and service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, security, and documentation.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with new BPM trends, benchmark technology against industry standards, and recommend improvements.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Strong expertise in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework.
Hands-on experience with CSHS , integration services, and BPD design .
Knowledge of process application deployments and monitoring.
Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS and integrating it with BPM applications .
Advanced knowledge of events, gateways, and exception handling (process & service level).
Knowledge of ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and its integration with BPM.

Functional Skills

Strong domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
Ability to follow industry-standard practices in coding, security, testing, and documentation.
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
Ability to design high-quality technical and application architecture.
Strong research and benchmarking capability to compare BPM solutions with best-in-class technologies.
