Job Description IBM MDM (Primary) with API/Microservices (Secondary)

Primary Skills Open MDM

Strong hands-on experience with Open MDM framework

Expertise in master data modeling, data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and governance

Proficient in MDM workflows, configuration, and process setup

Experience integrating Open MDM with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, downstream systems)

Ability to troubleshoot MDM jobs, batch processes, and runtime issues

Knowledge of MDM metadata management and lifecycle processes

Strong understanding of data quality, harmonization, and Golden Record creation

Experience in supporting production issues related to MDM pipelines

Secondary Skills API / Microservices

Hands-on experience in building, consuming, and integrating REST APIs

Good understanding of microservices architecture

Ability to develop or support microservices using Java / Spring Boot / Node.js (based on stack)

Experience with API security, versioning, throttling, and performance optimization

Familiarity with API gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway, etc.)

Hands-on with JSON, XML, YAML and API documentation tools like Swagger / OpenAPI
