Job Description: IBM BPM / IBM BAW Developer

Experience Required: 5 10 Years

Location: Pune & Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM / IBM BAW Developer with strong hands-on expertise in process development, UI toolkit implementation, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IBM BPM and IBM BAW (Version 19 or above), along with strong development and debugging capabilities.

Key Requirements

• 57 years of relevant experience in IBM BPM
• At least 10 years of experience working on IBM BAW Version 19 or above
• Experience in IBM BPM to IBM BAW migration (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of components added/removed in BAW
• Well-versed with new TW (TeamWorks) library
• Good understanding of UI Toolkit and toolkit design
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Process Designer
• Coaches and Coach Views
• Service Orchestration
• Web Service Integration
• JWT Authorization
• Process Admin Console
• Process Portal

Technical Skills

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills
• Strong Database knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in implementing BPDs and SLAs
• Good knowledge of Process Admin and BPM REST UI
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong experience in UI Toolkit implementation
• Hands-on experience in external services integration (SOAP/REST)
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Good to have Java knowledge
• Good to have knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or any cloud platform
