Skill Stork International School is looking for experienced and nurturing IB Early Years Programme (EYP) Homeroom Teachers to join our Early Learning team.

This role focuses on play-based, inquiry-driven learning aligned with the IB PYP Early Years philosophy , supporting the holistic development of young learners in a warm, child-centred international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, inquiry-led learning aligned with IB EYP guidelines
• Support childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, document, and assess learning using IB-appropriate assessment practices
• Maintain student portfolios and learning documentation
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, coordinators, and specialists
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Uphold child safeguarding, health & safety, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience Mandatory
• IB Early Years / IB PYP experience (minimum 2 years) Preferred
• Experienced candidates only freshers need not apply
• E.C.C.Ed / NTT / Montessori / D.Ed. / B.Ed. Mandatory
• IB certifications / workshops Preferred
• Computer skills Mandatory
