IB DP Coordinator

Candor International School is seeking an experienced andcollaborative IB Diploma Programme Coordinatorto join our Secondary School Leadership Team.

This is a key leadership role for an IB educator who is supportive, organised, and people-centred, with a strong understanding of IB DP curriculum, assessment, and the DP Core.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme
• Ensure alignment with IB Standards & Practices
• Support and mentor DP teachers through collaborative leadership
• Guide students and parents through subject selection and DP pathways
• Work closely with the Head of Secondary and leadership colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning

• An experienced IB DP educator (coordination experience preferred)
• A collaborative leader who builds trust and collective capacity
• An excellent communicator with staff, students, and parents
• A pedagogical leader with a strong emphasis on the student agency.
