Role Description:

The IAM Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide identity and access management solutions that ensure secure, scalable, and compliant access to systems and data. This role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to define IAM strategies, enforce access controls, and integrate modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior AI and IT Infrastructure Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GEN AI), and exposure to Agentic AI. A strong background in IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security is essential, along with proven experience in managing large programs as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Enterprise Transformation and Solution Design

• Participate in Enterprise Transformation activities and lead Infrastructure Solution Design and Deployment activities at Landing Zone (LZ including Public Cloud) locations.
• Approve all changes to the site infrastructure via Change Management procedures.
• Maintain a non-technical, Infrastructure Management posture, including asset management, financial management (capex and opex), and obsolescence status.

IT Governance and Committee Participation

• Participate in IT Governance including, but not limited to, the following committees: Architecture Standards, Service Delivery, and Financial (including forecasting future demand for capital).

Program and Project Management

• Manage project budgets, highlighting over- or under-spend at the appropriate level.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and assumptions.
• Track, monitor, and report on overall progress (time, cost, and quality) and any potential for change.
• Manage project communication and ensure project documentation is completed and accepted.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful handover to support, the business, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are closed effectively, holding project closure meetings when appropriate.

Qualification

• Over 15 years of experience in IT and AI-related fields.
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GEN AI), and exposure to Agentic AI.
• Extensive knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Proven experience in managing large programs as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Strong understanding of asset management, financial management (capex and opex), and obsolescence status.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in IT Governance and participation in related committees.
