Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator specializing in NTFS and DFS permissions . This role is part of a critical banking project based in Bangalore .

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Local candidates preferred)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week from the office)

Job Description:
Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows environment
Familiarity with Distributed File System (DFS)
Excellent communication skills and exposure to work on Project on tight deadlines.
Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; provide documentation and accountability
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
Experience on Windows PowerShell would be added advantage.
At least 3+ years of experience on NTFS/DFS Permissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Management: Manage and grant NTFS permissions for files and folders within a Windows environment, ensuring strict adherence to the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
- File System Administration: Administer and troubleshoot Distributed File System (DFS) namespaces and replication.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation for audits and ensure accountability for all access changes within the banking environment.
- Workflow Management: Manage high-priority requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in NTFS/DFS permissions management.
- OS Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Windows Server environments.
- Automation: Experience with Windows PowerShell for automating access reports or bulk permission changes is a significant advantage.
- Environment: Prior experience working on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required for stakeholder coordination).
- High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
- Versatility and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
