Job Description
Role: IAM change programs Lead
Exp: 10+years
Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities
- Define IAM change strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives and compliance mandates.
- Establish program governance and manage cross-domain stakeholders.
- Design and run change management frameworks (communications, training, adoption plans).
- Lead integrated delivery across IAM domains (IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation).
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure programs meet internal policies and external regulations (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Build executive-ready dashboards and narratives showing progress and benefits.
- Plan budgets, track actuals, and manage vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/masters in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 58 years leading IAM transformations and IT/Security.
- Hands-on understanding of IAM domains (IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation).
- Experience with enterprise IAM stacks (IBM ISIM/SDI, SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk).
- Strong program management skills using Agile/Hybrid delivery.
- Expertise in organizational change management (Prosci/ADKAR or similar)
