IAM Engineer

Location Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team and help strengthen secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and optimize IAM platforms (Okta preferred)

Implement and maintain SAML, OAuth, and OIDC authentication frameworks

Manage user identities, roles, and access controls

Configure and support SSO & MFA solutions

Integrate IAM with enterprise applications and APIs

Troubleshoot authentication issues and support identity governance initiatives

Requirements:

6+ years of IAM experience

Strong Okta administration, migration & integration skills (mandatory)

Knowledge of identity federation and user lifecycle management

Experience with Active Directory / LDAP

Strong collaboration and communication skills
