We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Manager for a full-time, on-site role at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Hygiene Manager will oversee and implement hygiene-related practices across the hotel to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our guests and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with sanitation regulations, conducting regular hygiene audits, ensuring proper waste management, developing and delivering hygiene training for employees, and collaborating with different departments to maintain cleanliness across all areas of the hotel.

• Proficiency in Budget Management, Budgeting, and Accounting
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Planning
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and hygiene management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Public Health, or a related field
• Ability to lead teams effectively and deliver hygiene training
• Relevant certifications in hygiene, safety, or sanitation management are a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
