Role Description

The Hydrologist will be responsible for analyzing hydrological events, assessing flood risks, helping set up early warning system on important perennial rivers to disseminate flood alerts

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hydrology and Flood Risk assessment, with the ability to analyze and predict water system behaviors.
• Proficiency in Water Resource Management and sustainable planning of water systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in working with satellite data and AI-based tools.
• Experience in geospatial tools, statistical modeling, or related software is a plus.
• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
