Hybris - Solution Architect

We are looking for a Hybris Solution Architect with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development to lead end-to-end SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) implementations. The ideal candidate will design scalable architectures, ensure seamless integrations, and provide innovative user experiences for e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect SAP Hybris solutions covering both backend and frontend components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead integration of Hybris with SAP ERP, CRM, and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Oversee frontend development including WCMS, Spartacus (if applicable), responsive design, and custom UI components.
• Define data models, workflows, and system architecture for optimal performance and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across backend and frontend modules.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with latest Hybris features, cloud deployments, microservices, and frontend frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1015 years of experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Hybris modules (PCM, OMS, Order Management, Promotions).
• Solid frontend experience: WCMS, Spartacus, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex full-stack solutions.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred:

• SAP Hybris Certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design in e-commerce projects
