HVAC Sales Executive

Aadiushmaa Engineers is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in VRF / HVAC sales who wants to grow in the Central Chiller segment (York Chillers Johnson Controls).

Location: North India (Chandigarh / Ludhiana Preferred)

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives + TA/DA

Responsibilities

Develop business opportunities for York Chillers in industrial & commercial projects

Handle consultants, contractors, and end customers

Generate leads from HVAC / VRF market

Prepare technical proposals and quotations

Close projects and support clients with technical discussions

Qualifications

• Experience in VRF / HVAC Sales (Daikin / Mitsubishi / Toshiba / Blue Star / LG etc.)
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and project sales
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
• 15 years of relevant experience
