Location: Mumbai / Pune

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for mechanical engineers passionate about HVAC execution and project management to gain hands-on experience in large commercial HVAC projects.

You will work closely with senior project leaders and consultants, gaining exposure to the entire project lifecyclefrom design coordination to execution, commissioning, and final handover.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Execution & Site Leadership

• Supervise HVAC installation activities across VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers, ventilation and ducting works
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards

-Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Assist in resolving technical challenges during project execution

-Shop Drawings & Engineering Support

• Review and coordinate HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring technical clarity across teams

-Planning & Progress Monitoring

• Assist in developing site execution plans and work schedules
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure milestone adherence

-Material & Resource Management

• Track equipment delivery, material consumption, and installation progress
• Ensure correct utilization of materials as per BOQ and specifications

-Quality Assurance & Safety

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance
• Ensure installations meet industry and project standards

-Client & Consultant Interaction

• Participate in project review meetings with clients and consultants
• Prepare and maintain site documentation and MOMs (Minutes of Meetings)

-Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Assist in system testing, balancing, and commissioning activities
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

-Education: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Experience: 36 years in commercial HVAC project execution (VRV/VRF, AHU, Chillers, Ventilation & Ducting systems)

-Technical Skills: Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications with strong knowledge of site installation and coordination practices

-Professional Skills: Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work in fast-paced project environments.
