HVAC Design Engineer - Revit MEP

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience in HVAC design and hands-on expertise in Revit MEP. Candidates with Gulf project experience will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Revit software and a solid understanding of HVAC design principles, systems, and industry standards.

Work Location: Bengaluru

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
• 28 years of experience in HVAC Design.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Revit Software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authority regulations.
• Experience in HVAC load calculations, system selection, and design development.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems such as district cooling, VRV/VRF systems, heat recovery ventilation, commercial kitchen ventilation, and basement ventilation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the HVAC design team to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed HVAC designs for commercial, retail, residential, hospital, and high-rise projects.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and system selection.
• Prepare HVAC layouts and support space planning in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure timely delivery of HVAC design scope as per project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth design integration and project compliance.
