Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/Post Graduate Electrical & Electronics

Purpose of the Position

• Battery technical development activities in connection with the implementation of the project
• CMP battery systems assembly. Methodically manages members of the technical development koda. Prepares time plans for development and reports on the status of the project. Supervises at implementation of individual tasks necessary for the development and release of CMP batteries manufactured by koda Auto. Analyzes and suggests concepts of CMP battery systems for new production plants from a development perspective.
• Ensures coordination of development activities in connection with implementation of project CMP-battery systems assembly.

Authority

• Authorize part release recommendations
• Checks Force/effect of standards High voltage battery
• Draws up Workflow manuals - within OU, High voltage battery functions
• Analyses Vehicles High voltage battery tests reports

Skills Required

• Communication in English
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge about automobile technics
• Product development knowledge for ICE BEV components including High Voltage Battery components
• Good administrative skills: ability to plan , develop and structure

• Organizes Inter. and extern. meetings - within entrusted division, CMP battery
• Organizes Project implementation progress in terms of content, costs, quality and deadlines -within vehicle projects, CMP
• Draws up Project status reports - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Determines Project schedules - within vehicle projects
• Discusses Project status - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Draws up Project status and new product presentations - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Evaluates Project documentation - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Checks Task completion and schedule compliance - for members of the project team
• Suggests Project brief (requirements) - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Suggests Project concepts - within vehicle projects, CMP
• Supervises Application of legislation to As contexts
