Key Responsibilities
1. Content Curation & Learning Material Management
- Curate, validate, and maintain high-quality learning content aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and accuracy of content.
- Maintain an organized repository of learning resources for easy access and future use.
2. Learning Technology & Learner Engagement
- Upload, organize, and track learning content on LXP/LMS platforms.
- Explore and implement innovative learning tools such as gamification, simulations, and AI-driven adaptive learning technologies.
- Drive LXP adoption and learning completion through structured communications
- Conduct participant check-ins, small-group connects, and reinforcement discussions.
3. Program Execution & Coordination
- Plan and execute end-to-end learning programs including workshops, webinars, and hybrid sessions.
- Manage participant nominations, cohort creation, and pre-session readiness activities.
- Facilitate learning sessions and ensure smooth execution of learning interventions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and program objectives.
- Communicate program progress and gather feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
5. Assessment & Analytics
- Conduct knowledge assessments, pre- and post-training surveys to gauge learning effectiveness.
- Analyze learner data and prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making.
- Track completion of learning programs and assignments to ensure high learner engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, basic formulas).
- Data analysis & interpretation ability to derive insights and present them clearly.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Highly proactive , with the ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal follow-up.
- Strong coordination and execution capability across multiple tasks.
- Good facilitation or presentation ability (preferred).
3-4 Years Experience is mandatory.
