Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee, based in Kochi. The HR Trainee will assist in supporting HR operations by managing employee records, administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management. Additional responsibilities include participating in recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting jobadvertisements on relevant platforms.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and orientation procedures are completed smoothly.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance data.
- Assist in employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale.
- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper offboarding documentation.
- Support performance evaluation processes by organizing feedback sessions and reports.
- Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.
- Assist in asset management, tracking assigned office resources, and maintaining logs.
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Participate in training and development initiatives and help track attendance and progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic HR knowledge preferred
- Freshers encouraged to apply
- HR internship/project experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office/Google tools
