Pinnacle Technology is expanding its HR team and looking for dynamic HR / HR Operations professionals to join our growing team in Noida.
Job Location: Noida, Sector 63 (100% Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Open Position
HR / HR Operations (India HR)
Experience Required: 36 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle
- Handle attendance management, HR documentation, and HR policies
- Support HR onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration
- Experience with US staffing or domestic staffing companies in HR operations will be an added advantage
