This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role will involve tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The candidate will work closely with management to support and enhance workforce performance while fostering a positive organizational culture.

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including understanding basic HR functions and practices
• Expertise in HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
