This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and implementation of policies. Responsibilities also include overseeing employee benefits, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and supporting personnel management tasks. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Understanding of HR Policies and the ability to develop and implement them
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
