REPLACI is building cutting-edge visualisation solutions for the furniture retail industry, helping retailers and customers experience products like never before. Using advanced AI and real-time 3D rendering, our platform enables immersive product visualisation directly in a customers own environment.

We are looking for apeople-first, execution-driven HR to help usbuild and scale a high-performance team . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working closely with founders to drivehiring, productivity, performance management, and employee growth systems .
- Own end-to-end recruitment acrosstech, AI, product, design, sales, and operations roles
- Work with leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview frameworks
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain hiring pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Design and manageperformance review cycles (quarterly / bi-annual)
- Implementgoal-setting frameworks (OKRs / KPIs) to improve team productivity
- Track individual and team performance metrics in collaboration with leadership
- Support career progression plans, role clarity, and growth paths for employees
- Facilitate feedback loops, performance discussions, and improvement plans
- Manage the complete employee lifecycleonboarding, documentation, induction, and exits
- Design structured onboarding programs to improve early productivity and retention
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Drive productivity initiatives, internal processes, and SOP documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries while maintaining a performance-driven culture
- Support the development of a strong, ownership-driven startup culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams
- 24 years of experience in Human resource
- Strong exposure tohiring, performance management, and people systems
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
