Role Overview


We are looking for apeople-first, execution-driven HR to help usbuild and scale a high-performance team . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working closely with founders to drivehiring, productivity, performance management, and employee growth systems .


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Hiring


  • Own end-to-end recruitment acrosstech, AI, product, design, sales, and operations roles
  • Work with leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview frameworks
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Maintain hiring pipelines and track recruitment metrics


Performance & Growth Systems


  • Design and manageperformance review cycles (quarterly / bi-annual)
  • Implementgoal-setting frameworks (OKRs / KPIs) to improve team productivity
  • Track individual and team performance metrics in collaboration with leadership
  • Support career progression plans, role clarity, and growth paths for employees
  • Facilitate feedback loops, performance discussions, and improvement plans


People Operations & Productivity


  • Manage the complete employee lifecycleonboarding, documentation, induction, and exits
  • Design structured onboarding programs to improve early productivity and retention
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Drive productivity initiatives, internal processes, and SOP documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries while maintaining a performance-driven culture


Culture & Engagement


  • Support the development of a strong, ownership-driven startup culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams



Requirements



Experience


  • 24 years of experience in Human resource
  • Strong exposure tohiring, performance management, and people systems
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred


Skills


  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
