Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits programs, and providing support in personnel management. The role includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The specialist will also assist in fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management practices
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and best practices in HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage
