Job Description
HR- Generalist / Senior HR Executive
Location: Chennai (WFO- Work from Office) - No Remote option
Shift Time: 5 PM - 3 AM IST (Supports PST Timezone)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional who will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Policy implementation, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business teams and help drive a high-performance, employee-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely feedback and offer rollout.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and positive candidate experience.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS updates.
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Manage exit formalities and documentation.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies.
3. Policy & Process
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
Assist in developing new policies and process improvements.
Maintain documentation and support audits or compliance requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Conduct feedback surveys, skip-level meetings, and culture initiatives.
Promote employee recognition and internal communication programs.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4 + years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and engagement (preferably in IT / consulting industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
