Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist with 34 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update payroll data including salary structures, reimbursements, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws.
• Handle payroll reconciliation, payroll reports, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
• Address and resolve employee payroll queries related to salary, tax deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
• Generate and maintain pay slips, payroll registers, and statutory reports.
• Manage final settlements (F&F), gratuity calculations, and leave encashments.
• Support payroll audits and statutory filings when required.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 34 years of experience specifically in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Experience with payroll software / HRMS systems (GreytHR, ADP, SAP, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, payroll calculations).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
