HR GENERALIST-CUM-TALENT ACQUISITION (NUTRACEUTICAL/ PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)
The Recruiter cum HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR operations. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth employee lifecycle management, and compliance with HR policies. Candidate should have a background from a Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Industry is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs), referrals, consultancies, and social platforms.
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure completion of documentation.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for new employee setup.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll inputs.
- Prepare regular HR reports (MIS) though HR Spine Suite
4. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day HR-related issues.
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Support audits, documentation, and record-keeping as required.
6. Performance & Training Support
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Identify training needs and assist in training coordination.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools & HR processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role from a Pharmaceutical Industry.
