HR GENERALIST-CUM-TALENT ACQUISITION (NUTRACEUTICAL/ PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)

The Recruiter cum HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR operations. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth employee lifecycle management, and compliance with HR policies. Candidate should have a background from a Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Industry is Mandatory.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs), referrals, consultancies, and social platforms.
  • Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure completion of documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for new employee setup.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll inputs.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (MIS) though HR Spine Suite

4. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day HR-related issues.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Support audits, documentation, and record-keeping as required.

6. Performance & Training Support

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
  • Identify training needs and assist in training coordination.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools & HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role from a Pharmaceutical Industry.
