At I-PAC, weve always played big. We have helped Indias top political leaders win elections, transformed how campaigns are fought in India, and redefined political consulting in the country. In the process, we created an entirely new domain.


Now, under the Founders Office, we are assembling a select, high-caliber team that will operate with ambition, intensity, and long-term vision. And before that team scales, we are hiring the person who will help define who becomes part of it.


This is not a conventional HR role. It is an opportunity to build the people foundation of a high-performance team from first principles.


You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent from leading institutions and elite professional environments both in India and globally. Experience in global recruitment and navigating international talent markets will be a strong advantage. Beyond hiring, you will play a central role in shaping the teams talent philosophy, cultural standards, and foundational people systems.


You wont be stepping into an established HR structure with legacy systems and large support teams. Instead, you will have the space and the responsibility to design how talent is identified, evaluated, rewarded, and developed. The role will require you to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, whether that means closing a critical hire, structuring compensation frameworks, building performance systems, or managing essential HR administration.
