Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and performance management to support our fast-growing organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Leading end-to-end talent acquisition across sales, design, technical and site-execution roles

Designing structured onboarding journeys for project-based teams

Creating and implementing HR policies aligned with a fast-scaling organization

Setting up performance management frameworks and review systems

Supporting manpower planning across business verticals

Driving employee engagement, retention and internal training initiatives

Managing employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance

Supporting leadership in organization development and team structuring

Helping build SOPs and people-process systems for long-term scalability

Who We Are Looking For:

4-5 years of HR experience in design, architecture, luxury retail, project-based or consulting environments

Prior experience working in a founder-led or growth-stage company is highly preferred

Strong understanding of hiring for creative and client-facing roles

Familiarity with HRMS platforms

Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales and design teams

Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Someone who enjoys building processes, not just maintaining them.
