Job Description

HR Specialist plays a key part in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and passionate about building a strong, inclusive workplace culture in a fast-paced, service-driven industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles and documents.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Assist with government reporting and audit preparation

Employee Engagement & Support

Serve as a first point of contact for employee and department concerns or inquiries.

Assist in internal communication efforts, including announcements and policy updates

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration

Support the HR and Finance teams in preparing timekeeping, payroll data, and employee benefits processing. Payroll processing for the team

Help address payroll concerns and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Experience in a Fleet industry, Transportation is good to have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems , timekeeping , and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws , employee benefits, and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to interact effectively with office staff, field personnel, and driver-partners.
  • High organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Willing to work on-site (depot) or conduct field visits to hubs or driver onboarding centers, if necessary.
  • Amenable to flexible working hours when needed to support operational schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing and technology-driven environment
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the direct manager based on organizational needs and evolving business
