Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist in New Delhi, India. The Human Resources Specialist will manage and oversee HR-related functions, including formulating and implementing HR policies, designing employee benefit programs, and managing personnel records. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with employment laws, addressing employee inquiries, and contributing to a positive workplace culture through effective personnel management and HR practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and creating or enforcing HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Benefits design and administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and resolving employee-related concerns
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
