We are looking for a highly disciplined, process-driven HR & Administration Manager who will be responsible for building and enforcing strong HR policies, maintaining workplace ethics, ensuring compliance, and managing the entire employee lifecycle.
The candidate must be capable of creating structure, accountability, and professionalism in the organization while ensuring all HR and administrative processes run smoothly.
This role requires someone who is strict, ethical, organized, and extremely process-oriented.
1. HR Policy & Governance
- Design, implement, and enforce company HR policies and employee handbook
- Develop policies related to:
- Attendance and leave
- Code of conduct
- Employee discipline
- Performance evaluation
- Workplace ethics
- Remote work policies
- Ensure 100% policy compliance across the organization
- Periodically review and update policies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create job descriptions and hiring plans
- Coordinate hiring through platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.com
- Conduct screening interviews
- Maintain hiring pipelines
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes
- Conduct employee inductions
- Maintain employee documentation
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and handovers.
- Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Coordinate with managers on employee performance
- Identify training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws such as:
- Shops & Establishment
- Payroll compliance
- PF / ESIC regulations
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation
- Handle HR audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies
- Handle employee grievances
- Investigate misconduct and policy violations
- Maintain a highly professional and ethical work culture
- Manage payroll coordination
- Maintain salary structures and compensation records
- Handle reimbursements and benefits
- Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
