Job Description

The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day HR operations for Duncan & Ross India while assisting the HR and operations teams in coordinating employee relations matters for consultants deployed across GCC entities (UAE, KSA, Qatar). The role focuses on HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and supporting workforce operations in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations India

  • Support the day-to-day HR administrative activities for Duncan & Ross India.
  • Assist in ensuring HR processes and employee documentation comply with Indian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support onboarding processes including employment documentation, HR system updates, and employee orientation coordination.
  • Assist with HR documentation related to contracts, employee letters, and employment records.

Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities for internal roles and project-based consultants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and maintaining recruitment documentation.
  • Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees and consultants.

Employee Relations Support GCC

  • Assist HR and operations teams in coordinating employee relations matters for consultants deployed across GCC entities.
  • Maintain communication with consultants when required to support administrative and HR-related matters.
  • Escalate employee concerns or issues to HR leadership when necessary.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and experience.

HR Administration & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee-related records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure employee-related requirements are processed efficiently.
  • Support HR activities such as performance review coordination, employee communications, and HR documentation updates.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and operational initiatives.

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Support adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining workplace compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
  • Support coordination of employee health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • 13 years of experience in HR administration or HR coordination
  • Exposure to working with international teams or consulting environments
