Role Description
This is a full time on site role for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist based in Jaipur. The HR Specialist will manage day to day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and internal organizational processes. The role requires someone who can balance operational HR work with people management and culture building.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, and performance management while ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Compensation
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
- Managing end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
- Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with strict confidentiality.
Preparing and managing HR MIS reports related to attendance, hiring, employee performance, and retention.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Managing hiring requirements across departments and coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.
- Posting job openings on hiring platforms and screening potential candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further interview rounds with leadership.
- Managing offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Designing structured onboarding programs to help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Monitoring employee performance during probation periods.
- Supporting management with performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
- Handling employee exits, clearance procedures, and exit interviews.
HR Policies & Internal Processes
- Designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes aligned with company culture and business goals.
- Ensuring all HR practices are documented and followed consistently across teams.
- Supporting leadership in building a transparent and accountable work culture.
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
- Coordinating payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and incentives.
- Managing employee attendance records, leave tracking, and policy implementation.
- Ensuring salary related documentation and records are maintained accurately.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Planning team activities, recognition programs, and internal events to improve team bonding.
- Encouraging open communication and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintaining proper documentation required for employment regulations and audits.
- Staying updated with HR related legal requirements and compliance standards.
Employee Relations
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees to ensure transparent communication.
- Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive matters.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources management and HR policies.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and personnel management.
- Experience in implementing and managing HR related processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred!
