Role Description: HR Talent Acquisition (Cybersecurity)

We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition professional with 5+ years of experience , specializing in cybersecurity and technology hiring . The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership positions across cybersecurity domains, including SOC operations, network security, cloud security, GRC, and security engineering.

The candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management , ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business growth. A strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, skill sets, certifications, and industry trends is essential to effectively evaluate candidates and engage with technical stakeholders.

This role also involves employer branding, campus and lateral hiring strategies, recruitment analytics, and process optimization , while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of building long-term talent pipelines in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , with mandatory exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or technology hiring
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as SOC analysts, security engineers, cloud security, GRC, and leadership positions
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity skill sets, certifications, tools, and role hierarchies
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws , hiring compliance, and onboarding best practices.
