We are looking for a HR Specialist (12 years experience)who can independently manage recruitment and HR operations to support leadership in building a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Build talent pipeline for operations and business roles
• Manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms

HR Operations

• Handle employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS
• Attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)

Performance & Culture

• Support performance management process
• Track employee KPIs and appraisal cycles
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Address employee grievances professionally

Policy & Compliance

• Draft and implement HR policies
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of HR Generalist experience
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
• Strong recruitment & coordination skills
• Good knowledge of HR documentation & compliance
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HR tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

3.0 4.0 LPA (Based on experience & capability)
