HR Generalist Bangalore Factory (AEROSPACE PARK)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Generalist to support our new state-of-the-art Bangalore factory. The role will be pivotal in driving Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Operations (40%) to ensure smooth people processes at the factory. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a blend of strategic thinking and on-ground execution capability in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%)

• Partner with business and plant heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs across levels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary fitment, and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline of technical and shopfloor talent through direct sourcing, job portals, and campus connects.
• Coordinate with corporate TA and external partners to ensure timely hiring closures.
• Maintain manpower trackers, recruitment dashboards, and monthly hiring metrics.
• Drive employer branding initiatives at the regional level.

HR Operations (40%)

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Support policy implementation, grievance management, and compliance with statutory norms.
• Assist in HRMS data management and HR audits for the factory.
• Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
• Support performance management and training coordination for factory employees.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and support smooth coordination between factory HR and corporate HR teams.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: B.Tech (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Experience: 7 - 8 years in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations, preferably in manufacturing/engineering setups.
