Role Overview :- We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in IT hiring for the FinTech, NBFC, Banking, and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of critical technology positions.



Key Responsibilities:-


  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across technology functions
  • Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and vendor partners
  • Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure quality and speed of hiring
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
  • Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and regular MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes
  • Mentor junior recruiters (for Associate Manager role)


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within FinTech, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services organizations
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as Software Development, Data, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, ATS tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for niche and emerging technology roles
  • Exposure to high-volume as well as specialized hiring
  • Prior experience in scaling teams or supporting business expansion
  • Graduation/Post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field
