Job Description
The HRO Solutions Leader will lead the global solutioning, design, and commercialization of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) and HR Transformation offerings for enterprise clients. This role will work closely with Sales, Industry, Alliances, and Delivery teams to shape large, complex deals, define global operating models, and drive outcome-based HR services powered by digital platforms and automation.
This is a strategic leadership role in a global IT services environment, focused on building scalable solutions across HR Operations, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and HR Technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Global Solution Strategy & Offerings
- Own the global HRO solution portfolio across HR Operations, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and HR Technology services.
- Define standardized, scalable, and industry-aligned HRO solution architectures and operating models.
- Drive development of reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and value propositions.
- Shape multi-tower, multi-country HRO and HR Transformation solutions.
Pre-Sales & Deal Leadership
- Lead solutioning for large, complex RFPs/RFIs and strategic pursuits.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to create differentiated, competitive, and value-led solutions.
- Lead client workshops, executive presentations, and solution defenses.
- Own end-to-end solution governance including scope, commercials, pricing models, and business cases.
Delivery & Transformation Governance
- Provide executive oversight to major HRO transitions and transformation programs.
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to global delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and outcome metrics.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, analytics, and digital HR platforms in solution designs.
- Work closely with Delivery, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
Ecosystem & Alliances
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with HR technology providers (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Leverage partner ecosystems to enhance solution differentiation and time-to-market.
- Co-create joint offerings and GTM strategies with key alliance partners.
Practice & Capability Building
- Build and scale global HRO solutioning and consulting capabilities.
- Mentor solution architects, consultants, and practice leaders across geographies.
- Establish best practices, governance models, and solution quality standards.
- Track market trends in HR outsourcing, digital HR, shared services, and managed services.
Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CIOs, and business leaders.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Risk.
- Support strategic accounts and long-term client transformation roadmaps.
