Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team based out of Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring majorly for non-tech roles across functions, handling 20+ open positions at a time in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Youll play a key role in attracting top talent, driving a smooth hiring process, and building strong partnerships with business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define role expectations, and create compelling JDs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal networks.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Track hiring progress, maintain data accuracy, and close positions within defined timelines.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously with agility and precision.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

What Were Looking For

• 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced setups.
• Strong understanding of tech and non-tech (majorly) hiring (Sales, Ops, Corporate roles)
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hustle mindset, quick, resourceful, and outcome-driven.
