Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT

Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Support onboarding and documentation activitie
