Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Professional located in Kurnool. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and administering employee benefits. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are highly advantageous
