We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage Payroll, Statutory Compliance, HRIS, Employee Support , and Process Excellence in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing & documentation
- PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity & labour law compliance
- HRIS management, workflow approvals & data accuracy
- Employee query handling & grievance support
- Driving Lean HR, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives
- MIS reporting with strong analytical skills
