Job Description
Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and
enhance our HR processes. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end onboarding and
offboarding, HRMS management, payroll, attendance, leave administration, employee
documentation, travel bookings, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will contribute
to process improvements and ensure seamless HR operations to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding,
including documentation, inductions, exit formalities, and full & final settlement.
HRMS Management: Administer and maintain HRMS (HROne) by updating employee
records, tracking workflows, and generating reports for HR analytics.
HR Data Management: Maintain and update all HR-related databases and reports with
accuracy and timeliness.
Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement,
statutory compliance, and resolving employee payroll queries.
Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave records, manage
encashments, approvals, and ensure policy adherence.
HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, including contracts, letters, and
compliance-related documentation.
Employee Insurance Management: Handle employee insurance administration,
including enrollments, renewals, claims processing, and coordination with insurance
providers.
Travel Bookings Management: Arrange and oversee travel bookings, ensuring
cost-effective and policy-compliant travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including vendor coordination,
asset management, and office supplies procurement and other administrative tasks.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement HR process improvements
to enhance operational efficiency..
Employee POC: Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR queries and
concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration
Proficiency in HRMS (preferably HROne), payroll, and leave management
Strong understanding of data management with keen attention to details and ability to
maintain high accuracy in data and documentation.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
